Health:
The veterinary surgery, Vivavet is situated only 15 minutes away in Dobrich which is open seven days a week. If we have any doubts about the health of any dog, the vet will be called and the vet’s instructions will be followed. Any fees incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.
If there are any problems with your dog's health or temperament, we must be notified at the time of booking.
Vaccinations:
A current vaccination certificate or pet passport must accompany every dog on admission confirming all vaccinations are up to date. Vaccinations must be fully completed at least 10 days prior to their arrival to us.
Please make sure that your dog has been wormed and treated for fleas prior to admission. Any dog found to have worms or fleas will be treated and the cost added to the boarding fee. If you are in any doubt,please contact your veterinary surgeon.
General:
Dogs will only be released to the person who made the booking unless prior arrangement has been made.
While every possible care is taken with your dog during its stay with us, please be aware all dogs are boarded entirely at the owner’s risk.
We cannot guarantee that any toys, bedding or equipment will be returned to you in the same condition as they arrived with us.
All dogs must be collected at the end of the boarding period unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
