Owner provides the normal diet for the duration of boarding, any sudden changes to the diet can cause stress and stomach problems.

A fee will be charged if we supply daily meals for your dog or cat.

A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable on admission.

If your dog normally only wears a harness at home, please bring a neck collar with you. For safety reasons, we prefer our borders to wear a collar at all times. If you prefer us not to use the collar, please let us know.

We prefer you to bring your dogs own bedding and a favourite toy, this will make your dog feel more at home.

Please Note: late collections will incur an extra day charge of 10 EUR (19.56 BGN)
