Owner provides the normal diet for the duration of boarding, any sudden changes to the diet can cause stress and stomach problems.

An extra charge of 1.50 leva per day will be charged if we supply daily meals for your dog and 1 leva for cats.

A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable on admission.

If your dog normally only wears a harness at home, please bring a neck collar with you. For safety reasons, we prefer our borders to wear a collar at all times. If you prefer us not to use the collar, please let us know.

We prefer you to bring your dogs own bedding and a favourite toy, this will make your dog feel more at home.

Please Note: late collections will incur an extra day charge of 15 leva.
